Registered manager - New Romney, Kent Area - up to £32,000 plus excellent benefits.

My client is a large, national provider for Adults Social Care. They specialise in bespoke care in residential, supported living and community settings. They support adults with mental health, Learning Disability, ABI and Dementia. They pride themselves on providing quality care at all times, and to enable and empower their service users to live fulfilled lives where possible.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic manager to lead our friendly team in New Romney in Kent. This is a lovely 6 bed service for Adults with Learning Disabilities, Complex Needs and Dual Diagnosis. It boasts a large rear garden and is close to local amenities. They also use Non-invasive PROACT-SCIPr-UK techniques at this home.

You will use your skills and knowledge to lead the team to provide quality care at all times. You will deal with day to day staff management and assist with referrals to the service. You will also ensure the service runs well for all CQC inspections with support from area and regional managers.

This is a 9-5 Monday to Friday role, with some flexibility expected.

To apply for this role, you must have the following,

  • Experience as a manager in similar environment
  • Good knowledge of regulations and CQC standard
  • QCF Level 5 (or equivalent)
  • Passionate and caring
