Registered Manager – Stoke-on-Trent Area – Up to £30,000 depending on experience
My client is a large, national provider for Adults Social Care. They specialise in bespoke care in residential, supported living and community settings. They support adults with mental health, Learning Disability, ABI and Dementia. They pride themselves on providing quality care at all times, and to enable and empower their service users to live fulfilled lives where possible. 
We are looking for an experienced and friendly manager to take charge of our 9 bed service in the stoke area. This is a beautiful, large home with 9 private rooms for Adults with Learning Disabilities including downs syndrome and autism. The property boasts a large back garden where we like to host barbecue's in the summer.
The home is also situated well as it I a few minutes from the motorway and public transport links, and there us plenty to do from Alton Towers, to museums and bowling alleys.
You will work alongside the team to oversee and run the day to day of the service. You will use your skills and knowledge to lead the team to provide quality care at all times. You will deal with day to day staff management and assist with referrals to the service. You will also ensure the service runs well for all CQC inspections with support from area and regional managers.
The house is currently rated 'Good' across all areas.
This is a 9-5 Monday to Friday role, with some flexibility expected. 
To apply for this role, you must have the following,
  • Experience as a manager in similar environment 
  • Good knowledge of regulations and CQC standard 
  • QCF Level 5 (or equivalent) 
  • Passionate and caring
