Registered Home Manager – up to £40,000 – Bradford       
 
Meridian Business Support are working with an established private client in the Bradford area who are looking to recruit a Home Manager to lead medium sized Residential Care Home.  
 
They provide around the clock care for residents living with Dementia / Alzheimer’s and variety of other General Elderly care needs. It’s a medium sized home looking for an experience Home Manager with a proven track record working at a Home Manager level in a Residential Care Home setting.

As Home Manager, you will take responsibility for the operational and financial performance of the home, ensuring a high-quality and cost-effective service which meets the needs of residents and exceeds regulatory requirements.
 
Applicants for this Home Manager position should meet the following criteria:
 

• Hold a NVQ 4, Registered Manager Award or Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management
• Ideally 2 years experience working at a Home Manager level
• Able to effectively manage budgets and resources, increasing profitability without compromising on care
