Are you a Recruitment Consultant who doesn't enjoy sales but loves resourcing candidates and placing in permanent roles? We have the perfect solution due to a large contract win, we are recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcing Consultant to join our Permanent Recruitment Hub based in the city centre of Bristol. Salary £20-23k dependent on experience working full time 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday although some flexibility may be required around working hours. As Recruitment Resourcing Consultant within the Perm Recruitment Hub you will be responsible for sourcing candidates for mainly industrial permanent roles.

Main duties will include posting job adverts, screening advert responses, conducting telephone interviews with candidates, formatting CVs and writing profiles on candidates to present to clients, arranging interviews and producing the relevant paperwork for the candidate, as well as keeping the CRM database updated with the progress of any activity.

Ideally you will have agency or in-house recruitment experience, with a consultative approach and knowledge of permanent recruitment. However if you have a strong Customer Service background with a desire to get into recruitment, enjoy speaking to people but don't want to undertake a sales role then please get in touch.

An excellent telephone manner with drive and ambition to succeed as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines is necessary. This role demands flexibility in that priorities change regularly and no working day is the same! Excellent IT skills are required including Word, Excel, Outlook and in-house databases/ CRM systems ideally.
