Recruitment Resourcer
Starting Salary: £20,000 + Bonus
Hours: Full Time 37.5 Hours*
*37.5 Hours per week (Covering Day, Evening and Weekends in line with the business needs – will be discussed at interview)

Meridian Business Support an award-winning recruitment agency that operates in multiple specialist markets throughout the UK is currently looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join their well established and growing Liverpool Branch.
What does the role entail?
As a Recruitment resourcer you would play a vital role in the recruitment process and will be working alongside a recruitment consultant completing a variety of different tasks including but not exclusive too;
  • To work closely with Recruitment Consultants in branch to understand current vacancies and client requirements
  • Understand the full recruitment process
  • To source, register and reference check suitable candidates for permanent vacancies
  • To ensure that there is always an available talent pool
  • To ensure all candidates and compliant with Meridians and clients compliance procedures, ensuring that all documentation is received and stored according to guidelines.
  • To ensure IQX and TIFO is always up to date
  • Ad hoc administration duties
  • Preparing CV’s and other documentation for client approval and submission
  • Always deliver excellent customer service
  • Post job adverts and search relevant job boards to generate candidates
  • Complete reference checks for all successful candidates
  • Successful achieve KPI’s set by manager
 Person Specification
You will receive full training and ongoing development for this position however, the below is required;
  • Be able to work effectively under pressure and against deadlines
  • Be an excellent organiser and timekeeper
  • Have experience working within a customer experience environment
  • Attention to detail
  • High level of IT skills
  • Communication skills – Experience dealing with customers over the phone is desirable
