Meridian have a fantastic opportunity for a bright, Customer Service individual to join our National Recruitment Centre here in the city centre of Bristol. Salary £20k dependent on experience working full time 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

As Recruitment Resourcer within the National Recruitment Centre you will be responsible for contacting candidates via phone and email to discuss job opportunities across the UK for a variety of our clients. You must enjoy being on the phone all day, making between 70-100 calls each day! You will enjoy working to targets, as your main objective is to book candidates in for registration appointments across our UK branch network. This is NOT a sales role.
Customer Service experience within an office environment/ call centre is essential with good IT skills. Any experience within the recruitment industry is advantageous but not essential. An excellent telephone manner with drive and ambition to succeed as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines is necessary. This role demands flexibility in that priorities change regularly and no working day is the same!
