Due to the continuing success of Meridian Business Support, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Taunton office. You will be responsible for developing and growing your client base to assist in the success of the branch.
We will consider applicants with sales or account management backgrounds in a variety of industries including public sector, media, telecoms, energy, call centre, printing and warehouse & distribution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Specialising in the permanent recruitment of Industrial & Commercial personnel in Taunton and surrounding areas
- Building and maintaining relationships with new clients to ensure a first class service is delivered to our customers, whilst capitalising on new business opportunities
- Proactively sourcing candidates in the market place
- Accountable for driving sales and margin growth to increase branch profitability
- Achieving weekly and monthly KPI's and revenue targets
- Developing and enhancing the business brand in market
The Successful candidate will have:
- Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong influence, persuasion and networking abilities
- Self motivation and ambition

This is a full time permanent role based in Taunton working Monday to Friday 40 hours per week. Basic salary depends on experience with additional car mileage allowance, free parking and competitive bonus scheme.
