Recruitment Co ordinator (Onsite Flexible working hours)
We are seeking a highly self-motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Chippenham. You will be responsible for an on-site service from staff registrations, employment checks, screening of applicants and shift allocation. You will form a key part of a close-knit team.
You will have great attention to detail, be a natural organiser and be comfortable with new systems and processes. You will also enjoy communicating with a variety of people, on different management levels, and relish the opportunity to make proactive decisions as well as problem solving.
This role would suit someone from (not limited to) the below:
- Transport Coordinator
- Workforce planner
- Production planner
- Logistics Coordinator
The role will involve a certain amount of flexibility in providing an outstanding service to the end client.
- Building relationships, with an open and warm communication style, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
- Keen eye for detail
- Able to manage the day job, and any challenges that come up.
