Do you have a strong sales background and get a buzz out of managing a recruitment team and exceeding targets? We have an exciting opportunity to join Meridian Business Support as Branch Manager in our Town centre location in Cheltenham Salary up to £45000+ Car Allowance + Profit Share + 24 days holiday and other excellent benefits!

Are you currently an experienced Branch Manager or Senior Consultant looking for that next step up the career ladder? Do you want to work for a Company that values their employee's? You will be leading a team of 3 experienced Consultants therefore you will ideally have strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to win new business. This will include performance management, training and coaching as well as recruiting new members of staff. You will also be keen to identify and secure new business opportunities within the temp and perm markets whilst retaining existing business to increase profit margins.

You will ideally have previous experience as a Branch Manager or Senior Consultant or Team Leader within a recruitment agency background. Proven success of business development is required with excellent networking and influencing skills in order to develop and grow strong relationships with clients. Good IT knowledge is necessary with a good understanding of CRM systems. Previous experience within the industrial or office sector would be highly advantageous.
