Recruitment Administrator/Resourcer Required

Meridian Business Support are seeking a Recruitment Administrator/Resourcer to join their growing team in Witney on a fixed term basis. The contract will be initially 3 months with the potential to go permanent. You will be providing administrative and resourcing support to the consultants.

We are looking for someone who is organised and responsive, someone who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure we offer a first class service to our clients and candidates. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who can easily build and develop relationships and someone who is proactive, methodical and highly organised.

Experience within a customer service/administration related position is essential. You will need to be confident answering the phone, making calls to candidates and greeting people face to face.

Full training will be provided and core hours will be 9.00am to 4pm Monday to Friday although we can offer some flexibility (more or less hours) around this where possible.

There is also plenty of opportunity to grow and develop the role to a full Recruitment Consultant position should you wish to.
