This is a full-time permanent role working Monday to Thursday 8am – 5.30pm & Friday 8am – 5pm (42hours) on a salary of  £28,000 per annum.
 
As our Senior Consultant you will take ownership of  A to Z business and deliver client requirements, you will manage Recruitment activities within the industrial sector delivering volume temporary labour force. You will also need to support & complete all payroll activities for temporary workforce. You will also support with other accounts and support to grow.

Sales calls - Cold calling off a warm data base, client visits and winning new business and account managing each account.
 
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant with experience of managing candidate numbers to meet daily client requirements, with a drive and passion to take your recruitment career to the next stage. You will need to understand what it takes to manage a key account within volume recruitment and thrives in a fast passed, ever changing environment.
 
Using your exceptional organisational skills, you will drive candidate attraction, actively screen candidates against the role criteria, manage compliance & Right to work documentation and supply MI to client to drive& build great working relationships.
 
I am keen to speak to candidates with a minimum of a year’s Agency recruitment experience, with the drive and confidence to communicate with candidates over the phone. You will have previously recruited for key accounts with strong organisational and relationship building skills. A good level of IT is required (MS Office) along with the drive and passion to build a successful career.
