This is a full-time permanent role working Monday to Thursday 8am – 5.30pm & Friday 8am – 5pm (42hours) on a salary of up to £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus monthly bonus and car allowance!

As our Recruitment Account Manager, working for one of the most successful branches in our UK network, you will take ownership of our most profitable accounts. You will be managing all Recruitment activities within the industrial sector delivering volume temporary labour force. This will include the management & completion of all payroll activities for 50+ temporary workforce.
 
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Account Manager who is confident in managing candidate numbers to meet daily client requirements, with a drive and passion to take your recruitment career to the next stage. You will need to understand what it takes to manage a key account within volume recruitment and thrive in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
 
Using your exceptional organisational skills, you will drive candidate attraction, actively screen candidates against the role criteria, manage compliance & right to work documentation and supply MI to client to drive as well as build great working relationships.
 
We are keen to speak with applicants who have a minimum of a year’s recruitment experience, with the drive and confidence to communicate with candidates over the phone. You will have previously recruited for key accounts with strong organisational and relationship building skills. A good level of IT is required (MS Office) along with the drive and passion to build a successful career. Please note this role will be home based until September, before you will return to the office in Chester full time.
