Do you have a Quality background, with experience in using measuring equipment in a production environment? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Quality Lab Technician to join a well established global organization based in Stoke on Trent! Hourly rate is £13.49 per hour (£28,059 per annum) working Wednesday and Thursday 1400-2200 AND Saturday and Sunday 0600-1800 (40 hours per week).
 
As Quality Lab Technician you will be working in a small team of technicians, undertaking required testing regimes and checks, recording data, information, producing reports and delivering them in an accurate and timely manner in the correct format, database and location. The majority of your time will be spent gathering samples from production or warehouse and testing them within the lab.
 
It is essential you have previous experience working with measuring equipment in a production facility environment with good knowledge of ISO9001 within a quality role. A background in testing, calibrating and use of technical laboratory equipment is desirable with knowledge of chemical/ plastics process would be advantageous. MS Office is required with intermediate level of Excel.
