We seek a Purchasing Co-ordinator to be responsibility for the administration management of all our bespoke and export orders within our product range. You will be responsible for raising all customer orders, ensuring that all orders flow smoothly, from the point a customer order is briefed, to the point it is delivered. You will be the point of contact for customers in terms of any queries and be responsible to making sure that all relevant information relating to any order, is briefed correctly and accurately to in relation to design, final artwork, pricing, quantities and timelines.
Your Purchasing administration management and excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively liaise between various internal departments and will allow you to manage both our UK and Far-Eastern supply base in terms of order management. By having great attention to detail, you will guarantee that all products relating to any export orders, are fully signed off for delivery into the customer at the acceptable quality level. Simple duties like sending the right samples to customers will be part of your daily duties, simple but key to orders being made.
You must have a good understanding of MS office suite in particular Excel with the ability to use look ups and pivot tables. A good level of numeracy and the ability to manage data, have a very keen attention to detail both for figures but also from a creative perspective and the resilience to operate in a fast moving environment. We would like you to have an open, flexible and confident personality. In return we offer a basic wage of between £19-22k per annum, great benefits and a cracking team to work with.
