A large manufacturing company in Witney is currently seeking a Purchasing Administrator for up to 2 months.  You must be immediately available with previous experience in a similar role. 

You will be expected to carry out the following tasks and work from their Covid safe office near the centre of Witney from 8.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

Tasks will include:  
  •  Helping to check PO acknowledgements, updating systems and files.
  • Organise orders due by running daily reports to check for additions.
  • Checking with suppliers that all orders due in the next fortnight are accurate and on time.
  • Chasing up acknowledgements and updating the systems and the buyers on price and due date if they are incorrect.
