Are you a confident administrator with good knowledge of the property industry? A growing transformational organisation has a brand new role for a Commercial Property Administrator to join their operation, working from home with travel to their properties, with your base office located in Westminster, London.

This is a permanent role with a salary up to £25,000 per annum plus company car and other excellent benefits including flexi time! Working hours are 35 per week which you can choose to work between 7.30am-7.30pm Monday to Friday.

As Commercial Property Administrator reporting into the Property Director, you will be developing the process and data capture for the IRIS property database along with enhancing current Landlord and Tenant relationships. You will maintain tracking of service charges, insurance cover, lease changes and rent reviews, monitor rate appeals, arrange site visits and administer standard property documents and processes.

We are keen to hear from applicants with at least 6 months experience in Commercial Property with a demonstrable understanding of Landlord and Tenant relationships. You will be proficient in MS Office particularly Excel with the ability to create macros and work with budgets.
