Project Coordinator

Have you got strong planning skills to coordinate projects, logistics and travel ; do you have a keen eye for detail? We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join a leading global organisation based in Avonmouth, Bristol. Salary £23-£27k plus pension , life assurance, company bonus, social days, parking onsite working Monday- Friday 8am-4.30pm.

As Project Coordinator you will be dealing with all aspects of engineering, packing and logistics projects. You will be organising UK and overseas travel including visa applications, obtaining quotes and placing jobs orders with suppliers, invoicing for projects and reconciling credit card statements working within agreed budgets and timescales daily.

It is essential you have strong administration experience, either within a project based role or a varied role where you have previous knowledge of booking overseas travel, via applications and some accounts knowledge. You will have strong MS office skills including Word and Excel. You will be familiar with invoicing projects and ensuring all documentations is logged on the accounts system and with Accounts Department.

Time management skills are key for this role, so you will have worked to tight deadlines previously within an ever changing environment, managing to keep calm in pressurised situations.
