Health and Care Institute looking for a Coordinator to support the Quality and Leadership team.
Your duties will include managing office systems and processes, diary management to schedule meetings, analysing and presenting written and numerical information for reports and presentations.
You must have previous experience of providing director level business support.
Experience of diary management
Good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and the Internet
Ability to work unsupervised in a fast paced environment
This is an immediate start for a 3 month period initially
