I have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join a fantastic client in Yeovil.
In this role you will be assisting the Project Managers ensuring a smooth running of the projects taking place.
You will be:
- Arranging meetings
- Ensuring project plans and schedules are kept on time
- Tracking task lists
- Ensuring the output of meetings are recorded
- Keeping an eye on budgets and details of budgets ensuring these are fed into excel
- Ensure any relevant data is entered onto excel
For this role you must have an intermediate understanding of excel as you will be inputting data and creating formulas. You will be a strong administrator with high attention to detail, and highly organised. This role will involve working out the roll out of an IT/software system for my client, so knowledge of this industry would b an advantage.
This is a temporary role that is looking to turn permanent for the right person. You must be available immediately.
This role is Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm and paying £12ph
