I have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join a fantastic client in Yeovil.
In this role you will be assisting the Project Managers ensuring a smooth running of the projects taking place.
You will be:
- Arranging meetings
- Ensuring project plans and schedules are kept on time
- Tracking task lists
- Ensuring the output of meetings are recorded
- Keeping an eye on budgets and details of budgets ensuring these are fed into excel
- Ensure any relevant data is entered onto excel
For this role you must have a basic-intermediate understanding of excel as you will be inputting data and creating formulas. You will be a strong administrator with high attention to detail, and highly organised. A background in a similar role would be advantageous.
This is a temporary role that is looking to turn permanent for the right person. You must be available immediately.
This role is Monday-Friday 830am-5.30pm and paying £12ph
