- Receive enquiry information from Key Client
- Log enquiry on company database
- Check all information for accuracy and report anomalies back to client
- Liase with estimating support to ensure house type costs are correct
- Prepare quote document & return to client
- Receive Client orders and programme dates
- Liaise with internal departments on new order call offs
- Receive client variation requests, price and return.
- Agree final accounts as required.
- Filing and document control
- Frequent use of MS Excel spreadsheets
- Frequent use of company database to log projects and financial information
- Copying and distributing project documentation
- Experience in the manufacturing / construction sector
- Excellent communication written & verbal skills
- Highly proficient IT user, specifically MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Able to work under pressure
- Methodical and numerate
- Able to work from initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of AutoCAD software is desirable but not essential.
