Meridian Business Support are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Project Co-ordinator to join a talented team with our client based in Inverurie. The ideal candidate would need to be friendly, professional and passionate about the role; listen to customers and work with colleagues to support them as a team; follow procedures that keep everybody safe, and report any issues. This is an on-going temporary role that could become permanent for the right candidate.
Duties
  • Receive enquiry information from Key Client
  • Log enquiry on company database
  • Check all information for accuracy and report anomalies back to client
  • Liase with estimating support to ensure house type costs are correct
  • Prepare quote document & return to client
  • Receive Client orders and programme dates
  • Liaise with internal departments on new order call offs
  • Receive client variation requests, price and return.
  • Agree final accounts as required.
  • Filing and document control
  • Frequent use of MS Excel spreadsheets
  • Frequent use of company database to log projects and financial information
  • Copying and distributing project documentation

Requirements
  • Experience in the manufacturing / construction sector
  • Excellent communication written & verbal skills
  • Highly proficient IT user, specifically MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Methodical and numerate
  • Able to work from initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of AutoCAD software is desirable but not essential
