To successfully deliver NZ's Upgrade Programme a dynamic, innovative, structured, accurate and measurable procurement strategy is essential. We are looking for a number of Procurement experts to fill a range of roles within NZTA's procurement function.

As a Principal Procurement Advisor focused on Sustainable Procurement, we are looking for someone who can develop, manage and promote sustainable procurement across a range of projects and programmes. Working with other procurement advisors, your role is to ensure that sustainable procurement strategy is adhered to with sustainability being an essential theme for any project. You will be passionate about sustainability whilst being a commercially savvy procurement manager that can influence change across the business.

As a UK professional we are looking for people with the following skills and expertise:

- You will be an experienced Procurement Manager that can support a range of business functions to ensure sustainable procurement strategies are embraced and form a strong theme across the delivery of projects and programmes. This will ideally be within a public sector organisation.

- You will be able to formulate and promote sustainable procurement practice to functions including procurement planning, tender evaluation, supplier negotiations and contract management practices.

- You will be able to build relationships with key stakeholders and influence change to ensure sustainable outcomes across the business.

The successful person will have responsibility for ensuring that all commercial activity and procurement strategy applied to a range of projects produces sustainable outcomes.
