My client is looking for a Policy Administrator to join the team in Salisbury.
You will support the strategic objectives by undertaking administrative and policy related research tasks. To achieve these objectives, you will monitor and manage the mailbox and maintain the policy library. You will research key issues to assist in developing an effective policy framework. You will investigate emerging issues to identify relevant external information and gather internal information as part of the ongoing approval under various regulations. You will proof read external publications, administer the document control process and liaise with external suppliers in relation to the design, production and, where required, printing of documents.
To be successful as a Policy Administrator you will possess excellent written and verbal communications skills. You should have a natural intuition for research and investigating issues; a flexible approach to adapt according to changing priorities. Highly organised with the ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritise to ensure that deadlines are achieved. A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy with strong analytical skills.
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday, offering a salary of circa £21,000 plus benefits. This role is based in Salisbury.
