Are you looking for an administrative role within walking distance of Stockmoor Village? We have a great opportunity to join an incredibly friendly team, this role is initially temporary but will become permanent for the right candidate.
This is an administrative role looking after the proof of deliveries (POD's) and dealing with all queries and compliance in regards to delivery documentation. The POD's have to be checked for errors and matched against the orders as well as dealing with any queries which may arise as a result.
You will also be checking manifests from the drivers, invoices and transport tax and chasing any missing or incorrect documentation to ensure compliance requirements are met.
Our client is looking for good for someone with previous administration experience, experience working within transport or distribution would be desirable but not essential. You will need the ability to communicate effectively and find the answers, someone who is happy to research and dig deep to problem solve.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8.00 am - 4.00 pm
This is a temporary role for a few months to cover holiday and a busy period.
Rates of pay are between £8.21 and £8.75 per hour depending on experience.
