Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor within the building services sector, particularly with plumbing, heating, and HVAC systems. Prior experience in commercial construction projects is a significant advantage.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with software for managing quality control on-site.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of relevant mechanical and building codes, standards, and best practices.
- Attention to Detail: High level of precision and accuracy in inspections, documentation, and problem-solving.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
