We have an exciting new opportunity to work with our client based in Yeovil on a full time Temporary ongoing basis.
 
You will be working with and responsible for the Maintenance of the SFDC (Shop Floor Data Collection) time & attendance data for your given department
 
You will need:
  •  Excellent Attention to detail. 
  • Computer literate with strong skills in SAP highly desirable, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. 
  • Reporting, Report writing, Analysis of reports and ensuring any discrepancies are raised and dealt with effectively and efficiently 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with in different parts of the business 
  • The ability to work with and communicate effectively through all levels of personnel in the business. 
 
Key Responsibilities
  •  Maintenance of job clocking information, carry out a daily check of the job clocking’s with the shop floor employees, correcting any miss-clocking and sending the daily clocking check sheets to the relevant area Managers. 
  • Updating the SAP database to reflect, shift changes, transfers, overtime authorisation, sickness. Daily collection of all annual leave , sickness, special leave, forms etc. and input the data into SAP, checking that the requests are within the company guidelines, if not liaise the HR department. 
  • Liaise with Managers, Area Manager, Supervisors & Team leaders and other departments such as Human Resources Team to ensure data input is accurate and any discrepancies are managed or raised effectively and efficiently.
  • Build and maintain relationships within the business in order that the Material, Planning & Control team can work effectively, ensuring we achieve the teams deliverable.

This position is based on-site It is a 37 hour week and hours can be flexible as long as the core hours of the business are worked.  Whilst working on-site you will benefit from free parking, on-site shops and a on-site canteen.

This position paying up to £12.30 an hour depending on the level of experience.
