How would you like to work within with full time shifts Friday to Tuesday with training paid and potential overtime? We are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join this expanding team based in Northampton (NN4) for one of Britain’s fastest growing Pet suppliers with immediate starts and temp to perm opportunities! 

We’re rapidly expanding our warehouse teams, and this is a hands-on role working in our distribution centre, where you’ll be lifting, picking, packing and wrapping. It’s a busy job keeping our customers – and their pets – happy. You’ll be part of a friendly team, picking and packing various pet products – anything from tennis balls up to large fish tanks for delivery to our stores.
  • Picking Items for dispatch in a timely, accurate manner
  • Packaging Items for dispatch to a high standard
  • Using a pallet truck or LLOP to pick heavier items from the grid
  • Using voice picking to be guided to locations
  • Ensuring all health and safety requirements are always met
Sometimes you might be asked to do other duties – such as sorting parcels, loading or unloading trailers and replenishing stock.

Shift: Friday to Tuesday working either 06:00 to 14:00 or 14:00 - 22:00
Pay: 
AM: 06:00 to 14:00
  • Weekday standard: £10.87
  • Weekend standard: £13.04
  • Weekday overtime: £16.31
  • Weekend overtime: £19.57

PM: 14:00 - 22:00
  • Weekday standard: £11.45
  • Weekend standard: £13.74
  • Weekday overtime: £17.17
  • Weekend overtime: £20.61
