Salary £22-25k plus bonus!

As Perm Resourcing Consultant you will be supporting our UK branch network with filling permanent vacancies across a wide variety of sectors. Your role starts with taking detailed vacancy information from the client, agreeing terms of business right through to placement of the candidate. Vacancies range from senior management roles through to entry level roles across multiple disciplines so you must enjoy generalist recruitment! You will working with up to 20 vacancies at any one time.

You will be responsible for writing engaging job adverts and posting on our job board web platform, deliver exceptional customer service to clients and candidates as well as keeping all records up to date in the CRM system. You will complete all telephone interviews and produce well-constructed profiles to send to clients with candidates’ CVs, arrange all interviews and negotiate on offers. You will also take responsibility for producing candidate e-shots to send to clients in volume daily.

We are keen to hear from applicants with at least 2 years recruitment experience with a perm background. You will be a generalist recruiter who can work at pace and under pressure with excellent commercial acumen. Excellent IT skills are required to perform successfully in this role with previous MS Office knowledge and CRM experience. You must be flexible, with the ability to multi task in a reactive environment. A can-do attitude is a must for this role with the will to get involved and go the extra mile to benefit the team!
