We seek a Payroll Assistant to join our energetic, collaborative and fun team. You'll be part of our HR & Payroll Service team, where you will deliver an excellent service to managers and employees across UK and Northern Europe.
You will support our Payroll Manager to make sure all deadlines are met including processing new starters and leavers, and as the first point of contact for dealing with complex queries, ideally finding a resolution before involving management you will need to be clear and concise in your communication.
We operate fortnightly and monthly payrolls across 5 businesses including and regular journals, overtime and other reporting, so experience working with multiple payrolls would be welcomed. You will be tasked with collection, calculation and inputting of data regards overtime, SSP, SMP, and pensions in our ADP system. We also use Excel and would like to find someone who is used to working with pivot tables and V lookups.
