An exciting opportunity as Payroll & Reward Specialist has arisen at a leading global business; this is a hands on role where you will be responsible for managing flexible benefits platform and multiple UK payrolls across multiple sites.
You will get to work in line with senior management leadership team to design, implement and monitor reward programmes as well as providing an expert and professional payroll and flexible benefits service, acting as the subject matter expert for statutory (regulatory) and procedural matters.
As Payroll & Reward Specialist your duties will include managing the pension and payroll reconciliation process, processing all payroll changes, carrying out pension administration, preparing reports, resolving queries, design and management of full flexible benefits portfolio using a third party, managing the work flow between the internal HRIS, Payroll Provider and third party providers.
You will need to bring to the table significant payroll management experience with a proven track record in a similar role, including the management of payroll via a third party and knowledge of pensions, track record of continuous improvement projects from conception to completion and knowledge of HMRC regulations, advanced Excel skills along with all round analytical and numeracy skills.
Salary c£55,000 per annum
