Parts Controller

Are you an organised administrator with excellent planning and customer services skills from a manufacturing environment. We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Controller to work for a leading supplier of vehicle maintenance services and repairs based in Immingham. Salary £19k per annum, working Monday to Friday 37 hours per week – 9-5/ 8-4 – flexible to suit you. This is a full time, permanent role. As Parts Controller you will work as part of a close knit and well established team, controlling planned maintenance and repair services provided to their customers for their fleets. This will include dealing with all stoppages on allocated fleets entering details into their bespoke system, ordering parts, scheduling engineers and keeping the customer informed on progress of maintenance and ensuring the system is kept fully up to date with all information relating to the maintenance/ repair of the vehicle.
It is essential you have worked in a busy, fast paced administration/ customer service role previously, or production planning role within a manufacturing/ engineering or production environment. This is a very niche business so you will be eager to learn, organised with excellent planning  and attention to detail. Previous experience of using inhouse systems will be required together with MS Office knowledge. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to multi task and work well as part of a team environment.
