A fabulous 3 months temporary opportunity to join a global FMCG company in a specialist division as a PA / Team Administrator. You will be providing 1 to 1 support to the head of this area of the business as well as some support to the wider team of c20 people.
Confident in carrying out the usual PA / secretarial duties including lots of diary management as well as expenses, travel, dealing with e-mails and undertaking tasks on behalf of the head of the division as well as general administrative support to the team who are involved in multiple product launches. You will have prior PA and admin experience, be a confident user of the usual Microsoft systems and able to learn quickly with a proactive attitude.
If shortlisted, you will need to be available for interview on Tuesday 21 January with a view to an immediate start thereafter.
Working 37 hours per week in a fabulous open plan office with subsidised canteen and free gym use whilst on-site.
Pay rate is c£15.00 per hour.
