Do you love to organise and coordinate with excellent administration skills? We have a brand new role for an Operations Support Coordinator to join this leading global manufacturing company based in Avonmouth, Bristol. Salary £24-27k plus excellent benefits working Mon-Fri 9am-5pm with free parking available!
As Operations Support Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating and providing administrative support to a team of 5 Project Coordinators. You will coordinate weekly team meetings, oversee month end accounting, raise invoices, credit notes and purchase orders, manage the switchboard, and welcoming visitors. You will also assist in making travel arrangements for staff.
It is essential you have previous administration experience working within a small team with exceptional organisational skills and very high attention to detail. You will have a high standard of written and verbal communication, have a confident telephone manner, and be flexible in your approach to work.
You will possess strong IT skills, including Excel (formulas and good familiarity), Word, and Outlook. Any knowledge of accounting software would be advantageous.
