Operations Manager, Mental Health Hospital (none clinical) - York Location - Up to £50,000 plus benefits

This organisation provides care to adults across England. They focus on providing quality care at all times in a variation of settings including residential, supported living and outreach and private hospitals. They also operate in a not-for-profit bases and invest their funds back into the services to ensure clients and staff are the focus of all decisions made.

We are looking for an experienced, confident and passionate Operations Manager to oversee an independent Mental Health Hospital in the York area. This is an 11 bed Mental health Hospital in a community setting. It specialises in Woman with Personality disorders and is one of only a handful of services like this in the UK.

You will work alongside a robust MDT including Consultants Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Nurses and Support Workers. You will also oversee all the running's of this standalone service. Although this role is challenging, it will be very rewarding for the right person. This is a great project to really make an impact,

You will be responsible for managing a team and will oversee a large budget. You must make sure all financial targets are met, as well as ensuring a cost effective structure is in place, while safeguarding all at the service and maintaining a high standard of care. Using our skills and knowledge, you will provide meaningful reposts for Senior Management, and must have a good understanding of the contract with NHS England and will build good communication between commissioners team.

To apply for this role, you must have the following,

- Experience of managing a team at senior level

- Extensive experience of Mental Health

- Good communicator who can articulate the vision of the company and motivate staff

- Have a wealth of knowledge on CQC Standards and Regulations in the sector

- Experience managing a large budget and overseeing a staff team

- A Passion for upholding high standards of care at all times

- Driver (desirable)

You will be offered a salary of between £45,000 and £50,000 and can take advantage if excellent benefits, which include;
