Operations Coordinator

Are you super organised, and enjoy coordinating diaries on behalf of others? We have a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Coordinator to work within the relocations department of this document management company based from their offices in Silvertown, East London.

This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday. There are 2 different shifts available: 0530-1500 OR 1000-1900 whichever suits you best! You will on call 2 in 4 weekends for which you get paid. Salary £26k plus overtime which takes it to £32k per annum.

As Operations Coordinator you will be diary planning for the flagship, high profile and fast paced Relocation and Facilities Services operation. You will be assisting with diary management and daily operations in Central London and northern neighbouring counties, ensuring resource is available and matches demand at the correct costs deploying strict cost management and reduction techniques.

This is an extremely customer focused role where you will need to understand clients needs and respond to them proactively, positive and extremely quickly. You will play an integral part on the solution design process to maximise outcomes in terms of savings, efficiency and risk mitigation.

We are keen to hear from applicants with operations and/ or diary management experience ideally from a commercial moving B2B environment. You will have excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing, with proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook. Attention to detail and organisation are key to this role.
