These are permanent roles working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with a salary of £21k-27k per annum dependent on experience plus excellent benefits including private medical insurance, life assurance, free onsite gym, free parking and regular company events as well as structured career development.
As Planning Coordinator your main role will be supporting the engineers who are field based across the world, with booking all their travel arrangements which will include booking flights, car hire, accommodation, completing visa applications.
In addition, you will be supporting the business with general office duties such as setting up meetings, daily outgoing post, placing orders with suppliers, tracking deliveries, booking in goods, signing off invoices as well as updating accounting spreadsheets and contributing to month end procedures.
We are keen to hear from applicants with previous planning/ scheduling experience with comprehensive knowledge of travel documentation requirements for overseas global travel. You will be a highly organised individual, with exceptional attention to detail. Strong IT skills are required, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
