We have an exciting opportunity to join Meridian Business Support as Onsite Coordinator at one of the UK's largest retailer's sites near South Kirkby. Working nights 2130-0630 Sunday to Thursday (although the days are negotiable). This is an initial 6 month contract with a pro rata salary of £25-30k plus excellent benefits!

As Onsite Coordinator you will be managing a team of 100-400 temporary staff onsite, monitoring attendance, managing all shift check ins and calling all those who have not attended shifts. You will update all KPIs regularly and report figures daily to Line Manager, as well as manage all performance of the temporary staff onsite and address any issues effectively. In addition you will support payroll with timesheet data, deal with any pay queries and conduct new starter surveys.

It is essential you have previous recruitment agency experience, working within a high volume environment ideally within the industrial sector. Experience of working onsite is preferable with good knowledge of data analysis, KPIs and performance management. Previous experience in payroll, with excellent IT skills is required for this role.
