Meridian Health are recruiting for an office Team Leader to join a busy Client Services Department within a Health care Company
This is a temporary ongoing role which could go permanent based on performance
Full time hours are available with hours tyu[ically 37.5 hours Monday-Friday.
Due to the nature of the role experience within a health care setting is desirable
Duties and tasks include:
- To lead a team of administrators to deliver efficient and quality support to the company
- Engage in the training of staff to conduct telephone conversations with potential participants
- Co-ordinate the creation of sending communications to Clients, referring agencies and health care professionals
- To supervise the admin team to ensure all duties are carried out in a professional manner which align to the companies policies and standard
