Exciting opportunity for an accomplished Office Manager/Senior Administrator to support the running of this very busy office until March 2023 to cover maternity leave. This is a full time office role working 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
Ideally you will be able to start at the beginning of January for a handover and will remain in the role until February 2023.
Set in a beautiful village location in Oxfordshire, you will be running an office of approx 65 staff, although the majority of staff will be based out on projects. You will need to be skilled in juggling multiple tasks, working under pressure and used to working to regular deadlines in order to ensure the smooth running of the office. Previous experience in a similar level role will need to be demonstrated along with a positive, friendly nature and have a highly professional approach to your work. You will be also need your own transport due to the semi-rural location of the office.
