Office Manager required for a city centre client responsible for providing national guidance and advice on health care.
This is a fixed term post until June 2020.
Band 5 AFC pay grade supporting the Facilities Manager in the Facilities Department
Duties to include:
Day to day running of the Facilities Office, including events, reception, facilities and the travel booking system
Deputising for the Assistant Facilities Manager
Liasing with external service providers to maintain on site facilities
Maintaining the meeting room system for the building
Supervise the administration of the travel booking system
Responsible for Health and Safety, security, catering and cleaning
Recording/monitoring spend and authorising payments to external companies
