Are you looking to move into a more office based role? If you have some administration and customer service skills then we have a great opportunity to expand on these skills and gain some additional administration experience and to work as part of a busy team for one of our large, local clients.
My client based in the centre of Taunton is looking for an administrator to support their post room office based team with all post room and facilities requirements. The role will involve dealing with incoming post to the sadn distributing this to the rest of the organisation as well as general office administration requirements including filing, photocopying, archiving and scanning of documents.
Previous administration skills would be advantageous as you will need to be able to hit the ground running during this busy period. Strong communication skills both verbal and written are essential as you will be liaising with customers and senior managers on a daily basis.
The hours of work are 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am - 4.30pm on Fridays.
Rate of pay is £9.00 per hour and is initially working on a temporary basis.
