This is a multifaceted position requiring a candidate to undertake administrative, marketing, account management and sales duties from Monday to Friday.
The role of the Office Administrator will play a key part in the day to day running of the company, Monday through to Friday.
Driving licence required due to location
The successful Office Administrator would be able to demonstrate the following:
- Clear communication skills across telephone and face to face
- Comfortable on the phone and able to multitask to record information and answer queries
- Confident in building and maintain customer relationships
- Able to manage a variety of internal databases
- Proficient in creating company mailshots and newsletters
- Work closely with Reception in managing calls
- Liaise with managers and directors in the business
- Competency in creating and promotion of advertisements and marketing material
