We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join an established and thriving brokerage who are based in Wallsend, near Newcastle upon Tyne. This would be on a self employed basis with the opportunity to earn up to £60k in your first year!! Remote home working is fully considered by this employer.  
 
As Mortgage Advisor you will ideally bring a client bank with you, and have the benefit of this company’s large database, and leads from Estate Agents, Lead generation company, Medical company that provides mortgage leads, Will writing company, Solicitors and Accountants in addition to grow your portfolio as well as referrals from existing Financial Advisors. Working in a growing team of Mortgage Advisors you will be assigned an Administrator to assist you with your case load.
 
It is essential you are CeMAP 1,2,3 qualified with CAS Status, with experience in mortgages, protection and general insurance to be successful in this role. Applications will be considered from those working in an estate agents or lender currently also.
 
You will be tenacious, ambitious to succeed, and be able to work in a fast paced environment with a consultative approach to your clients.
