Meridian is recruiting for a mobile facilities assistant role in a school based in Birmingham.

Hours of work are 7.5hr day between 6am and 7pm.

Experience
• Relevant continuous working experience of providing FM services including cleaning and basic maintenance of buildings and associated plant and systems. (Essential)
• Experience of producing risk assessments & method statements. (Essential)
• Experience of cleaning and care taking management within an educational environment.(Desirable)

Skills/Ability/Knowledge
• Demonstrate a good understanding of health and safety principles. (Essential)
• Able to organise and prioritise work to meet deadlines. (Essential)
