Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM Services - Mobile

Are you a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with good knowledge of building systems management and other trades? An award-winning company who is one of the UK’s largest FM providers as part of a new contract win requires a Maintenance Engineer to join  them to cover London and the south as a  region. Monday to Friday 8-5, flexibility required to work 1 in 4 weekends on-call for which you get paid! Full, clean driving license is required as you will be provided with company van and tools!
As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer  you will be  reporting into the Working Supervisor you will be working within the healthcare industry on a client sites for this FM provider. You will be undertaking all PPM routines and reactive maintenance of Building Services Mechanical equipment adhering to SLAs.
We are keen to hear from experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer who have at least 3 years’ experience with a range of skills including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, refrigeration with good working knowledge of Building Systems Management. You will have good knowledge of both planned and reactive maintenance with strong fault finding skills, and good written skills to complete log books with basic IT skills
Qualifications required:
  • City & Guild/ NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or similar
You must be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS Check as part of the process due to the nature of our client. 

Salary £35,000 - £37, 000 per annum plus excellent benefits as follows:
