Permanent Role - shift pattern is Monday to Friday - 42.5 hours per week

We are looking for Business Support Advisor to join our successful team within an Electrical Trade Wholesaler based out of Bristol

  • Monday to Friday
  • Contracted to 42.5 hours per week
  • Shift times :Between 08.00 - 17.30
  • No bank holiday working required
  • Benefits : Pension scheme, Life assurance, 25 days holiday

As a Marketing coordinator, you will be integral part of the marketing team; you will be supporting the marketing manager and head of marketing with day to day marketing operation

You could be supporting on marketing campaigns for our branches, completing marketing reports to share with team or organising merchandise for our company.

We are looking for someone who is great at time management and work load prioritising as you will be working across different projects simultaneously

You will be require to get out and about and support company at events and exhibitions alongside using social media to further our company brand and products

The Role:

  • Organise regular and adhoc marketing materials for branch network
  • Brief in artwork requirements to in-house artworkers and external agencies
  • Assist with the organisation of national and branch events
  • Social media origination, posting and reporting
  • Organise the print and distribution of catalogues and other marketing materials to branches and customers
  • Assisting the Marketing Manager with the production and circulation of regular and adhoc marketing reports
  • Provide regular and adhoc CRM extracts
  • Keep finance sheet up to date to ensure the department works to budget
  • General office/admin support, as required
