Are you looking for a new and exciting role within an established and friendly company? Then this may be the role for you! We are looking for a fantastic legal secretary with conveyancing experience to join a well established solicitors firm in Taunton.
We are looking to meet with people who are able to provide administrative support to the legal team whilst also aiding fee earners and senior management. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service to clients, business partners and other teams within the business.
The role will entail a variety of tasks. These will include audio/ digital dictation and filing in a timely manner - including storage and retrieval of client files. Other responsibilities include making appointments, arranging meetings and maintaining an up to date diary.Legal experience is essential and ideally gained within conveyancing/ property.
We are looking for people who are flexible, dedicated and able to work in a team. You will have excellent typing speed and accuracy (please note, we will test this in an informal way before shortlisting candidates) and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. You will be confident and have a professional telephone manner.
