An exciting Legal Secretary
opportunity has arisen at the stunning offices a top professional services
firm where you will be providing support to multiple fee earners
within the highly collaborative team
. Your lynchpin role will encompass taking ownership of processes
to ensure various account management and legal administrative tasks are completed on time for a wide range of clients as well as supporting your fee earners.
As a Legal Secretary
your new role will involve:
- Working alongside business support teams internally to ensure legal admin tasks are completed to deadlines
- Opening new clients / new matters and closing matters
- Diary management and setting up meetings and appointments
- Amending and updating details in the system
- Setting up Teams calls, client meetings, and events
- Building relationships both with internal stakeholders and clients

supporting multiple fee earners. A passion for empathetic client care and adaptability
, along with the ability to prioritise your own workload
and solid proof reading, accuracy and IT skills (MS Office)
