Meridian Business Support are working on behalf of a state-of-the-art College based in the Manchester area. They require an experienced Lecturer of Engineering as soon as possible to deliver stimulating and passionate lessons to cover a period of sickness.

Role: Lecturer of Engineering
Salary: £35 per hour
Location: Manchester
Start date: ASAP
Term: 8 weeks work
Hours - 25 hours a week Monday to Friday

The Role

The College has an innovative vision in delivering high quality education to a wide range of learners.
The post-holder will be expected to deliver and teach OCR & AME engineering.
This will involve supporting the Colleges learners in achieving their academic goals and career progression by delivering high quality lessons, and ensuring high student attendance and satisfaction.

Main Duties

To teach OCR & AME engineering to their students
Must have experience of teaching BTEC advanced manufacturing engineering and preferably a teaching qualification.

Ideal candidates

To deliver and teach OCR & AME Engineering to their students, previous experience

Experience delivering OCR & AME Engineering to students in a college or similar educational establishment.
Teaching qualification
Must have experience of teaching BTEC advanced manufacturing engineering
A DBS on the update service or be willing to have a new one processed
